Duskfen was established in Yonghe District, New Taipei City, by a small group of care professionals who had spent years working in institutional settings — and who kept asking the same question: why couldn't high-quality support follow people home instead?
The answer, in too many cases, was infrastructure. Families didn't have the connections, the time, or the confidence to arrange consistent in-home care on their own. Duskfen was built to fill that gap with something simple: trained, dependable aides who actually show up, listen, and adapt.
Today, we serve families across the Greater Taipei region with three carefully considered service offerings — each designed around what elderly adults genuinely need, not what sounds appealing in a brochure.

Verified Caregiver Placement
Every aide undergoes background verification and a structured assessment before placement. We do not send untested staff into family homes.
Structured Training Programme
All aides complete training in personal care, communication with older adults, medication awareness, and emergency response before their first assignment.
Regular Family Updates
Families are kept informed through scheduled check-ins and post-outing reports. We believe transparency is part of the service itself.
Privacy & Data Protection
Client information is handled discreetly and stored securely. We hold all personal data to the standards set out in Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
Continuity Planning
For round-the-clock placements, we designate one primary caregiver per client to maintain relationship continuity — even when schedules rotate.
