How do I know which service is right for my family member?
We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your situation. Our coordinator will ask about your family member's daily routine, level of independence, and any specific challenges. From there, we suggest a service that feels like a natural fit — not the most expensive option, but the most appropriate one.
Are your caregivers trained and verified?
Yes. All Duskfen aides complete a structured training program before their first placement. This covers personal care, communication approaches for older adults, emergency procedures, and respectful boundary-setting. Background verification is carried out for every team member before they begin work with clients.
Can we adjust or pause service if our needs change?
Absolutely. Family situations shift over time, and we try to accommodate changes with reasonable notice. Whether you'd like to scale up hours, switch services, or temporarily pause, our coordination team will work with you to find a practical arrangement.
What areas in Taiwan do you cover?
Our primary service area is the Greater Taipei region, including Yonghe, Zhonghe, Banqiao, and surrounding districts of New Taipei City. We also accept inquiries from other areas on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to confirm availability in your location.
What language do your caregivers communicate in?
Most of our aides speak Mandarin as their working language and can accommodate Taiwanese. When a family has specific language preferences, we note this in the placement process and do our best to match accordingly.
How is billing handled for ongoing services?
Invoices are issued monthly, with pricing as listed for each service tier. Payment options include bank transfer and other common methods available in Taiwan. For the round-the-clock service, billing cycles can be discussed at the consultation stage.
